[λβ΄. Περὶ ἐχίνων κεκαυμένων.] Ἐχίνων ἀμφοτέρων, τοῦ τε θαλαττίου καὶ τοῦ χερσαίου, τὸ σῶμα πᾶν καιόμενον ἐργάζεται τέφραν, ῥυπτικῆς τε καὶ διαφορητικῆς καὶ καθαιρετικῆς δυνάμεως. ἔνιοι γοῦν αὐτῷ πρός τε τὰ ὑπερσαρκήσαντα καὶ τὰ ῥυπαρὰ τῶν ἑλκῶν ἐχρήσαντο.
