[μδ΄. Περὶ ἀνεμώνης.] Ἀνεμῶναι πᾶσαι δριμείας καὶ ῥυπτικῆς εἰσιν, ἐπισπαστικῆς τε καὶ ἀναστομωτικῆς δυνάμεως. ὅθεν ἥ τε ῥίζα διαμασωμένη φλέγμα προκαλεῖται καὶ ὁ χυλὸς ἐκ ῥινῶν καθαίρει καὶ τὰς ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς οὐλὰς λεπτύνει. καὶ τὰ ῥυπαρὰ δὲ τῶν ἑλκῶν καθαίρουσιν αἱ ἀνεμῶναι καὶ λέπρας ἀφιστῶσιν, ἔμμηνά τε προκαλοῦνται προτιθέμεναι καὶ γάλα ἀνασπῶσιν.
