[μα΄. Περὶ πυρέθρου.] Πυρέθρου τῇ ῥίζῃ χρώμεθα μάλιστα καυστικὴν ἐχούσῃ δύναμιν, καθ’ ἣν ὀδόντων τε ἐψυγμένων ὀδύνας πραΰνει καὶ πρὸ τῶν κατὰ περίοδον ῥιγῶν ἀνατρίβεται μετ’ ἐλαίου καὶ τοὺς ναρκώδεις καὶ παρειμένους ὠφελεῖ.
