Ἀλλὰ γὰρ οὗτοι ἐναντιώτατοι τῇδε τῇ διαίτῃ, καὶ οὐ χρὴ μέμφεσθαι τὸν λόγον ὧς ἄλλα μὲν ἐπαγγειλάμενον, ἄλλα δὲ διδάσκειν ἐπιχειροῦντα· χρὴ γὰρ οὐ τὰ λεπτύνοντα μεταδιώκειν μόνον ἀλλὰ καὶ φεύγειν τὰ παχύνοντα τὸν λεπτυνούσῃ διαίτη καλῶς χρήσασθαι προαιρούμενον.
