οὔτ’ οὖν φλεγμαίνουσιν οὔτε σκιρρουμένοις οὔτ’ ἐμπεφραγμένοις τὰ στενὰ στόματα τῶν ἀγγείων τοῖς σπλάγχνοις οὐδὲν τῶν γλυκέων ἐπιτήδειον, οὐδ’ οὖν οὐδ’ αὐτὸ τὸ μέλι καίτοι τμητικῆς ὑπάρχον δυνάμεως, ἀλλὰ καὶ τούτου τὸ σφοδρὸν τῆς γλυκύτητος ὄξους ἐπιμιξίᾳ κολάζουσι.
