εἰδέναι δὲ δεῖ πάντα τὰ τοιαῦτα τελειωθέντα μὲν ἱκανῶς τμητικά, φυόμενα δὲ καὶ αὐξανόμενα μετρίως λεπτύνειν· οὕτω γέ τοι καὶ ἡ ἀκαλήφη πρὶν ξηρανθῆναι παραπλησίως γε μαλάχαις καὶ τοῖς τεύτλοις ἐδώδιμος ὑπάρχει, μάραθρον δὲ καὶ πήγανον καὶ κορίανον καὶ ἄνηθον ἐκ τῆς αὐτῆς ἐστι τούτοις ἰδέας πρὸς τῷ καὶ θερμαίνειν ἐπιφανῶς.
