τῶν γὰρ οἴνων οἳ ἂν ὧσι γλυκεῖς ἱκανῶς ἅπαντες παχέος αἵματός εἰσι γεννητικοί· καὶ γὰρ μέλανές εἰσιν οὗτοι καὶ παχεῖς τὴν σύστασιν· ἔτι δὲ μᾶλλον τῶν οἴνων τὸ σίραιον ὀνομαζόμενον· ἔστι δὲ τοῦτο γλεῦκος ἐπὶ πλεῖστον ἑψημένον.
