εἰσὶ δὲ †οὐ πολλοὶ καθ’ ἕκαστον ἔθνος, ἀλλ’ ἐπῖφανεῖς ἐξ αὐτῶν δ’ τ’ Ἀρούσιος καὶ ὁ Λέσβιος καὶ ὁ Θαλερῖνος καὶ ὁ Τμωλίτης καὶ ὁ Θηραῖος, οἷς τεκμαιρόμενος καὶ τοὺς ὁμοίους ἐκλέγεσθαι· χρηστὸν γὰρ οἱ τοιοῦτοι πάντες αἷμα καὶ σύμμετρον τῷ πάχει γεννῶσι χυμόν.
