Ἐν τῇσιν ὥρῃσιν, ὅταν τῆς αὐτῆς ἡμέρας ὁτὲ μὲν θάλπος, ὁτὲ δὲ ψῦχος ποιέει, φθινοπωρινὰ τὰ νοσήματα προσδέχεσθαι χρή. Δεόντως, οὐ γὰρ αἱ προσηγορίαι τῶν ὡρῶν αἰτίαι τῶν νοσημάτων, ἀλλ’ αἱ κράσεις εἰσίν. ὅταν οὖν αὗται μεταπέσωσιν, ἀναγκαῖόν ἐστι συμμεταπίπτειν καὶ τὰ νοσήματα.
