Τἀναντία τῶν πρὸς ποδῶν ἕλκειν. Εἴπερ ἐγέγραπτο πρὸς τἀναντία, τί ἀσαφὲς ἂν ἦν, ὥσπερ κατὰ τὴν διάνοιαν τὸ λεγόμενον, οὕτω καὶ κατὰ τὴν λέξιν. ἐπεὶ δὲ τἀναντία γέγραπται, ἢ λείπειν νομιστέον ἐξ ἀρχῆς ὑπὸ τοῦ βιβλιογράφου παραλελειμμένην τὴν εἰς τὸ πρόσθεν ἢ αὐτὸν Ἱπποκράτην κατὰ προαίρεσιν, ὡς ἰσοδυνάμως, ἢ κεχρῆσθαι τῇ φωνῇ τἀναντία ἢ οἷον ἐπίῤῥημα εἰρηκέναι τἀναντία, ὡς εἰ καὶ ἐναντίως ἔλεγε.
