Ἐξανθήματα μικρὰ καὶ οὐκ ἀξίως τῆς ἐκκρίσεως τῶν νοσημάτων καὶ ταχὺ πάλιν ἀφανιζόμενα ἢ παρὰ τὰ ὦτα οἰδήματα μὴ λυόμενα καὶ οὐδὲν ἀποσημαίνοντα. Κεφάλαιον ἁπάντων τῶν γενομένων παθημάτων ἢ τῶν χυμῶν ἦν ἀπεψία. εἰ δὲ καί που βιασαμένη τινὰς αὐτῶν ἡ φύσις ἐκκρίνειν ἐπεχείρησεν, οὐδὲν ἤνυσεν, ἀλλ’ ἡττηθεῖσα πρὸς αὐτῶν ἢ ἐπέτρεψεν αὐτίκα παλινδρομῆσαι πρὸς τὸ βάθος, ἢ δι’ ὀλιγότητα τῶν γενομένων ἐκκρίσεων εἰς ἀπόστασιν ὥρμησε.
