Τριταῖος ἀκριβὴς ταχυκρίσιμος καὶ οὐ θανατώδης. Εἴρηται μικρῷ πρόσθεν ὡς τύπῳ φάναι, τὸν ὀλιγοχρόνιον ἔχοντα παροξυσμὸν ἀκριβῆ τριταῖον εἶναι. τὰ δ’ ὡς τὸ πολὺ τούτῳ συνυπάρχοντα πάντα εἴρηται κατά τε τὰ περὶ διαφορᾶς πυρετῶν καὶ τὰ περὶ κρίσεως ὑπομνήματα.
