ὅτι πρόδηλον, ὡς τῶν περὶ πόνου λελεγμένων τἀναντία περὶ τῆς ἡδονῆς ἐννοητέον ἐστίν. ἐὰν γὰρ τῶν διαφθειρόντων τὴν κατὰ φύσιν κρᾶσιν ἢ συνέχειαν ἐπανόρθωσίς τις γίνηται πρὸς τὸ κατὰ φύσιν ἄγουσα, τὴν μὲν ἀγωγὴν αὐτῆς ἡδὺ πάθος ἐροῦμεν, τὴν δὲ αἴσθησιν αὐτῆς ἡδονήν.
