ἕψημα: ὅπερ καὶ σίραιον. ἑψητὸν δὲ εἶδος ἰχθύων. Ζ. Ζείας: ὀλύρας. Η. Ἠγκίστρευται: ἐγκαταπέπλεκται. ἠγκυροβόληται: ἐγκαταπέφυκεν ἀγκύρᾳ ὁμοίως. ἠδέ: ἔτι δέ. ἠδέλφισται: οἰκείωται. ἡδυντὴν πίσσαν: τὴν ἠρωματισμένην. ἕψεται δὲ ὕδατι καὶ ἀρώματι. ἡδυντὸν στέαρ: τὸ ἐν ὕδατι καὶ ἀρώμασι ἑψηθὲν καὶ τὰ ἀρώματα καὶ ἡδύσματα. ἡμίοπον: ἥμισυ. ἡμιτύβιον: ὀθονίου παχέος μέρος.
