διαλαγχάνειν τὸ κλήρῳ διαιρεῖσθαι, διάληξις δὲ τὸ πρᾶγμα· Ἀντιφῶν ἐν τῷ κατὰ Φιλίνου. Ἀντιφῶν πρὸς Νικοκλέα. τριῶν ὄντων τειχῶν ἐν τῇ Ἀττικῇ, ὡς καὶ Ἀριστοφάνης φησὶν ἐν Τριφάλητι, τοῦ τε βορείου καὶ τοῦ νοτίου καὶ τοῦ Φαληρικοῦ, διὰ μέσου τῶν παῤ ἑκάτερα ἐλέγετο τὸ νότιον, οὗ μνημονεύει καὶ Πλάτων ἐν Γοργίᾳ. διάκρισις τῆς χειροτονίας ἐν πλήθει γινομένης· Δημοσθένης ἔν τε τῷ κατὰ Τιμοκράτους καὶ κατ’ Ἀνδροτίωνος.
