σημαίνει μὲν καὶ ἄλλα τὸ ὄνομα, ἰδίως δὲ λέγεται ἐπὶ τῶν ἰδιωτικῶν ἐγκλημάτων, ὡς σαφὲς ποιεῖ Δημοσθένης ἐν τῷ κατὰ Κόνωνος. ἀντὶ τοῦ διαιρήσειν, ὥστε μὴ ἐν ταὐτῷ πάντας οἰκεῖν, ἀλλὰ χωρὶς καὶ κατὰ μέρος, Δημοσθένης ἐν ε Φιλιππικῶν. Δημοσθένης ἐν τῷ κατὰ Λακρίτου. δίοπος λέγεται νεὼς ὁ διέπων καὶ ἐποπτεύων τὰ κατὰ τὴν ναῦν, ὁ καθ’ ἡμᾶς λεγόμενος ἐπίπλους. ὄνομα κύριον, ναύαρχος Ἀθηναίων. ὄνομα κύριον. Ἰσαῖος ἐν τῷ πρὸς Στρατοκλέα πράγματα διωλύ- για ἀντὶ τοῦ μεγάλα. καὶ Πλάτων. κυρίως ἡ παρὰ τῶν διαδικαζομένων· Δημοσθένης κατ’ Ἀριστοκράτους.
