Λυσίας ἐν τῷ πρὸς τὴν Μιξιδήμου γραφὴν, εἰ γνήσιος, καὶ Δημοσθένης ἐν τῷ περὶ τοῦ Ἁγνίου κλήρου. Δίδυμος μήποτέ φησιν ἄλλα τινά ἐστιν ἐπιτίμια τὰ πρὸ τῆς καταβολῆς· εἰσὶ γὰρ οἳ τὰ πέμπτα τῶν τιμημάτων παρακαταβάλλεσθαί φασιν, ὡς Λυσίας ἐν τῷ κατὰ Ἀπολλοδώρου ὑποσημαίνει. εἰ μὴ ἄρα πρόπεμπτα ὡς Δημοσθένης πρὸ ἡμερῶν πέντε· ταῖς γὰρ μεγάλαις δίκαις οὐκ ἤρκει μία ἡμέρα πρὸς τὴν κρίσιν.
