ἰδίως μὲν ἐπὶ ταῖς τῶν κλήρων διαδικασίαις ἀντιγραφὴ καλεῖται, ὅταν τις ὡς ἄπαιδος ὄντος τοῦ τετελευτηκότος ἑαυτῷ φάσκῃ προσήκειν τὸν κλῆρον κατὰ γένος ἢ δόσιν. κοινῶς δ’ ἐν ταῖς δίκαις ταῖς δημοσίαις καὶ ταῖς ἰδίαις τὰ τῶν δικαζομένων γράμματα, ἃ ἐδίδοσαν περὶ τοῦ πράγματος, καὶ τὰ τοῦ διώκοντος καὶ τὰ τοῦ φεύγοντος, ἀντιγραφὴ, καὶ τὰ μαρτύρια· Δημοσθένης κατὰ Στεφάνου καὶ Ὑπερείδης. Πλάτων δὲ ἐν τῇ Σωκράτους ἀπολογίᾳ τὸ αὐτὸ καλεῖ ἀντωμοσίαν καὶ ἀντιγραφήν.
