ἘΑΝ ΤΙΣ γραψάμενος μὴ μεταλάβῃ τὸ ε μέρος τῶν ψήφων, ὀφλισκάνει χιλίας καὶ πρόσεστιν ἀτιμία τις. Λυσίας ἐν τῷ ὑπὲρ τοῦ κατὰ τῶν ῥητόρων νόμου διείλεκται περὶ τούτων καὶ Θεόφραστος ἐν τοῖς περὶ τῶν νόμων.
