Εἰς κιστέρναν ἐπέρρεεν διὰ κενώματος μέρος ζ΄, ἐποίει δὲ ἀπόρροιαν μέρος ια΄, ἐχώρει δὲ κεράμους ρ· εἰπεῖν, εἰς πόσας ἡμέρας ἐγεμίσθη ἡ κιστέρνα. ποίει οὕτως· τὰ ῥηθέντα σοι πολυπλασίασον, οἷον ζ ια· γίνονται οζ· ἐπανάβαλε τὰ ρ ἐπὶ τὰ οζ· γίνονται ,ζψ. ἄρτι θὲς ζ καὶ ια· γίνονται ιη· τὸ ιη΄ τῶν ζψ· γίνονται υκζ ω΄ θ΄· ὡς δῆλον, ὅτι ἐπληρώθη ἡ κιστέρνα διὰ ἡμερῶν υκζ ω΄ θ΄.
