Στερεομετρικὸν δὲ τὸ ἔχον μῆκος καὶ πλάτος καὶ πάχος, ἐξ οὗ καὶ στερεὸν γιγνώσκεται, ὃ δὴ καὶ κύβος καλεῖται. Εἴδη δὲ τῆς μετρήσεως ταῦτα· τρίγωνα, τετράγωνα, ῥόμβοι, τραπέζια, κύκλοι.
