Ἐὰν θέλῃς εὑρεῖν ἀπὸ τῆς περιμέτρου τὴν διάμετρον, τοὺς κβ΄ πόδας τῆς περιμέτρου μέρισον παρὰ τὸν κβ΄· γίνεται ποὺς α΄· τοῦτον ἑπταπλασίασον· γίνονται πόδες ζ΄· τοσούτων ἔσται ἡ διάμετρος.
