U+2220΄ δʹ πόδα ἐπὶ U+2220΄ δʹ ποίει οὕτως· τὸ U+2220΄ δάκτυλοι η, τὸ δ΄ δ, ὁμοῦ ιβ, ἅτινα αὐτὰ ἐφʼ ἑαυτὰ γίνονται ρμδ. ἐπανάλαβε καὶ τὸν πόδα, τουτέστι τοὺς ιϛ δακτύλους, ἐπὶ τοὺς ιϛ· γίνονται σνϛ. σκόπει οὖν ἄρτι, τὰ ρμδ τί γίνεται εἰς τὰ σνϛ, καὶ λέγομεν U+2220΄ ιϛ΄· ὡς δῆλον εἶναι, ὅτι U+2220΄ δ΄ ἐπὶ U+2220΄· δ΄ γίνεται U+2220΄ ιϛ΄.
