Δεῦτε, τέκνα, ἀκούσατέ μου. Δεῦτε, λέγει τοῖς ἐγγύς, καὶ τοῖς πόῤῥωθεν, ἵν’ οἱ μὲν μακρὰν ἐγγίσωσιν, οἱ δὲ ἐγγὺς ἐγγύτερον γένωνται, ὑπακοὴν ὡς πατρὶ τῷ Θεῷ προσκομίζοντες, καὶ φόβον θεῖον διδαχθῶσιν, ἀπαλλαγὴν τοῦ φόβου τῶν δαιμόνων παρέχοντα, ὅθεν ἐπιφέρει· Φόβον Κυρίου διδάξω ὑμᾶς.
