42. Ὅσοι μαίνονται, αὐτόματοι ἢ ἀπαλλασσόμενοι ἐκ τῶν νούσων, τουτέοις τὴν μανίην ὀδύνη ἐς τοὺς πόδας εἰσελθοῦσα ἢ ἐς [τὸ] στῆθος, ἢ βὴξ ἰσχυρὴ γενομένη λύει· ἐὰν τουτέων μηδὲν γένηται, λυομένης τῆς μανίης, στέρησις τοῦ ὀφθαλμοῦ γίνεται.
