11. Τὰ δὲ ῥήγματα πάντα γίνεται διὰ τάδε· ὁκόταν ὑπὸ βίης διαστέωσιν αἱ σάρκες ἀπ’ ἀλλήλων, ἐς δὲ τὴν διάστασιν ὑποδράμῃ πνεῦμα, τοῦτο τὸν πόνον παρέχει.
