39. τὰ δὲ κατὰ τὸν ἀγκῶνα ὀχλωδέστερά ἐστι τῶν κατὰ τὸ γόνυ, καὶ δυσεμβολώτερα καὶ διὰ τὴν φλεγμονὴν καὶ διὰ τὴν φύσιν, ἢν μή τις αὐτίκα ἐμβάλῃ. ὀλισθάνει μὲν γὰρ ἧσσον, ἢ ἐκεῖνα, δυσεμβολώτερα δὲ καὶ δυσθετώτερα, καὶ ἐπιφλεγμαίνει μᾶλλον καὶ ἐπιπωροῦται.
