46. ἒστι δʼ ὅτε αὐτὴ ἡ κεφαλὴ τοῦ βραχίονος κατὰ τὴν ἐπίφυσιν κατάγνυται· τοῦτο δὲ δοκέον κακοσινώτερον εἶναι πολλῷ, πολλῷ τινι εὐηθέστερον τῶν κατʼ ἀγκῶνα σινέων ἐστίν.
