13. Περὶ δὲ καιρῶν, ὁκότε τούτοις ἑκάστοις χρηστέον ἐστὶ, καὶ τὰς δυνάμιας ὡς χρὴ τῶν γεγραμμένων καταμανθάνειν, παραλέλειπται δὲ τὰ τοιαῦτα, ἐπεὶ πλεῖον προῆκται τῆς κατ’ ἰητρικὴν ἐπιμελείας καὶ πόῤῥω τοῦ τῆς τέχνης ἤδη προεληλυθότος ἐστίν.
