5. Πολλὴ δὲ ταραχή τισι, καὶ τὰ περὶ φάρυγγα φύματα, καὶ φλεγμοναὶ γλώσσης, καὶ τὰ παρ᾿ ὀδόντας ἀποστήματα· φωναί τε πολλοῖσιν ἐπεσήμαινον, κακούμεναι καὶ κατίλλουσαι, πρῶτον μὲν τοῖσι φθινώδεσιν ἀρχομένοισιν, ἀτὰρ καὶ τοῖσι καυσώδεσι, καὶ τοῖσι φρενιτικοῖσιν.
