11. Τὸ θηριῶδες φθινοπώρου, καὶ αἱ καρδιαλγίαι, καὶ τὸ φρικῶδες, καὶ μελαγχολικόν. Πρὸς τὰς ἀρχὰς τοὺς παροξυσμοὺς σκέπτεσθαι, καὶ ἐν ἁπάσῃ τῇ νούσῳ, οἷον τὸ ἐς δείλην παροξύνεσθαι, καὶ ὁ ἐνιαυτός· ἐς δείλην, καὶ αἱ ἀσκαρίδες.
