24. Διὰ τὴν ῥοπὴν οὐκ ἔτι αἷμα ἔρχεται, ἀλλὰ κατὰ τοῦ χυμοῦ τὴν ξυγγένειαν τοιαῦτ᾿ ἀποπτύουσιν. Ἔστιν οἷσιν αἷμα ἀφίεσθαι ἐν καιρῷ ἐπὶ τούτοισιν· ἐπ᾿ ἄλλοισι δὲ, ὥσπερ ἐπὶ τούτοισι, τοῦτο οὐκ εἰκὸς, κώλυσις· ἐπὶ τοῖσιν αἱματώδεα πτύουσιν, ὥρη, πλευρῖτις, χολή.
