31. Οἱ μελαγχολικοὶ καὶ ἐπιλημπτικοὶ εἴωθασι γίνεσθαι ὡς ἐπὶ τὸ πουλὺ, καὶ οἱ ἐπίλημπτοι, μελαγχολικοί· τουτέων δὲ ἑκάτερον μᾶλλον γίνεται, ἐφ᾿ ὁπότερα ἂν ῥέψῃ τὸ ἀῤῥώστημα, ἢν μὲν ἐς τὸ σῶμα, ἐπίλημπτοι, ἢν δὲ ἐπὶ τὴν διάνοιαν, μελαγχολικοί.
