12. Ἀγκὼν δὲ ἢν μὲν ἔξω ἢ ἔσω ἐκβῇ, κατάτασις μὲν ἐν σχήματι ἐγγωνίῳ, κοινῷ τῷ πήχει πρὸς βραχίονα· τὴν γὰρ μασχάλην ἀναλαβὼν ταινίῃ ἀνακρεμάσαι, ἀγκῶνι δὲ ἄκρῳ ὑποθείς τι παρὰ τὸ ἄρθρον βάρος ἐκκρεμάσαι, ἢ χερσὶ καταναγκάσαι. Ὑπεραιωρηθέντος δὲ τοῦ ἄρθρου, αἱ παραγωγαὶ τοῖσι θέναρσιν, ὡς τὰ ἐν χερσίν. Ἐπίδεσις ἐν τούτῳ τῷ σχήματι, καὶ ἀνάληψις, καὶ θέσις.
