39. Οἷσιν ὀστέον ἀπὸ ὑπερῴης ἀπῆλθε, μέση ἵζει ἡ ῥὶς τουτέοισιν. Οἱ δὲ φλώμενοι κεφαλὰς ἄνευ ἕλκεος, ἢ πεσόντος, ἢ κατάξαντος, ἢ πιέσαντος, τουτέων ἐνίοισι τὰ δριμέα ἔρχεται ἀπὸ κεφαλῆς κατὰ τὰς φάρυγγας, καὶ ἀπὸ τρώματος ἐν τῇ κεφαλῇ, καὶ ἐς τὸ ἧπαρ, καὶ ἐς τὸν μηρόν.
