ἔχε δὲ ῥάβδον μετὰ χερσὶ
καλήν, χρυσείην, τῇ τ’ ἀνδρῶν ὄμματα θέλγει
ὧν ἐθέλει, τοὺς δ᾿ αὒτε καὶ ὑπνώοντας ἐγείρει.
