Ὅτι Ἀδριανὸς ἦν ἡδὺς μὲν ἐντυχεῖν, καὶ ἐπήνθει τις αὐτῷ χάρις, τῇ τε Λατινων καὶ Ἑλλήνων ἄριστα γλώττῃ χρώμενος· οὐ μὴν ἐπὶ πρᾳότητι τρόπων ἐθαυμάζετο· περί τε τὴν τῶν δημοσίων χρημάτων ἐσπουδακὼς ἄθροισιν.
