Πόθεν οὖν, εἰπέ μοι, πόθεν πρᾶγμα τοσοῦτον ὑποκρίνασθαι ἐτόλμησαν; Ποίαις ἐπαρθέντες ἐλπίσι; Τίνι θαρρήσαντες; Ἆρα τῷ καλάμῳ καὶ τῷ ἀγκίστρῳ ἢ τῇ σμίλῃ καὶ τῷ τρυπάνῳ; Οὐκ ἀπελθόντες ἀπάγξεσθέ που ἢ καὶ κατακρημνίσετε ἑαυτοὺς τοσαύτην ὀφλισκάνοντες ἄνοιαν;
