Ἐὰν ἀποθάνῃ παιδίον ἀβάπτιστον μέσον τῶν γονέων αὐτοῦ ἡμερῶν ιβʹ ἢ καὶ πλεῖον, ἔχουσιν ἐπιτίμιον ἔτη βʹ· εἰ δὲ βεβαπτισμένος ἐστὶ, ἡμερῶν μʹ, ἔχουσιν ἐπιτίμιον ἔτη γʹ, ὡς καταφρονοῦντες.
