Ὁ πεσὼν μοναχὸς εἰς ῥεῦσιν καθ' ὕπνου αὐτοῦ ἢ ἐκ μελέτης ἢ ἀπὸ θεωρίας, ὀφείλει μὴ λειτουργεῖν ἕως ἡμερῶν ζʹ, ποιῶν δὲ καθ' ἑκάστην μετανοίας μʹ, ξηροφαγῶν.
