Οὐκ ὠμὸν τὸ κρέας, ἵνα εὐκατέργαστος ᾖ ὁ λόγος καὶ εὐπρόσφορος καὶ εὐπαράδεκτος· οὐδὲ ἐν ὕδατι ἡψημένον, ἵνα μὴ ὑγρὸς ᾖ μηδὲ ὑδατώδης ὁ λόγος μηδὲ ἐκλελυμένος.
