Πρόφασις ὑμῖν τῆς ἔν γε τούτῳ ῥᾳστώνης περιλέλειπται μία, τὸ μὴ ἐξεῖναι θύειν ἔξω γεγονόσι τῶν Ἱεροσολύμων, καίτοι Ἡλίου τεθυκότος ἐν τῷ Καρμηλίῳ, καὶ οὐκ ἔν γε τῇ ἁγίᾳ πόλει.
