ἔστι δὲ καὶ ἄνευ τούτου βαρβάρῳ πρέπων ὁ λόγος καὶ πρός γε Ἀλεξάνδρου. μαρτυρεῖ δὲ καὶ Ὅμηρος. ποιεῖ γὰρ ἐν συλλόγῳ τὸν Ἀλέξανδρον λέγοντα ἀντικρὺ δ' ἀπόφημι, γυναῖκα μὲν οὐκ ἀποδώσω.
