Ἑλικών τε καὶ Κιθαιρὼν ἀπὸ Ἑλικῶνος καὶ Κιθαιρῶνος τῶν ἀδελφῶν ἐκλήθησαν, οἵτινες πρὸς ἀλλήλους ἐπολέμησαν, καθὼς ὁ Κυρηναῖος Λυσίμαχος ἐν τῷ πρώτῳ Περὶ ποιητῶν ἱστορεῖ. Eadem ex Lysimacho narrat in Chil. VI, v. 917 sqq., ubi addit καὶ ἀλλήλους ἔκτειναν, ὡς οἱ Οἰδίπου παῖδες.
