οἷ δὲ ὥσπερ τείχει προσβαλόντες καρτερῷ πλέον οὐδὲν ἔδρων· ἐκρύπτετο γὰρ ὑπὸ τῆς τῶν βελῶν περιβολῆς. ἔνθα δὴ πολλοὶ μὲν κάμνοντες ὑπὸ τῶν Καλλιμάχου βλημάτων ἀπώλοντο καὶ πολλοὶ παρʼ αὐτὸν ἔπιπτον ἑστηκότα·
