πρὸς τὸν μὲν ἔξω πόλεμον παρασκευάζουσα καρτερεῖν καλῶς καὶ ἀνέχεσθαι πονουμένους, καὶ ἀποθνήσκειν μένοντας· πρὸς δὲ τὸν ἐν τῇ ψυχῇ τὸν στασιωτικὸν μηδεμίαν παρασκευὴν πορισαμένη τοῖς αὑτῆς θρέμμασιν.
