κἂ ἀφέλῃς αὐτοῦ τὸ ἀγαθόν, ὡς Λεύκιππος· κἂν προσθῇς τὸ ὁμοπαθές, ὡς Δημόκριτος· κἂν ὑπαλλάξῃς τὴν φύσιν, ὡς Στράτων· κἂν δῷς τὴν ἡδονήν, ὡς Ἐπίκουρος· κἂν μὴ εἶναι φῇς, ὡς Διαγόρας· κἂν ἀγνοεῖν τι φῇς, ὡς Πρωταγόρας.
