Σῶμα μὲν βαδιστικὸν τῇ φύσει, ψυχὴ δὲ λογιστικὴ τῇ φύσει· εἰ δʼ ἐστὶν ἀθάνατος, ὥσπέρ ἐστιν, ἀνάγκη που αὐτῇ τοῦτο ἐξ ἀϊδίου ἐνεῖναι, τὰς νοήσεις τὲ καὶ ἐπιστήμας τῶν πραγμάτων.
