2. Ἔπειτα πράττειν ἀναγκάσει οἷς ἐγχειρῶν μὲν οὐ παρακολουθεῖς, παυόμενος δὲ μετανοεῖς, ταράττει δὲ τὰ πλείονα καὶ ἀτρεμίζεις ἥκιστα, δίκην ἀκυβερνήτου νεὼς ἐν χειμερίῳ κλύδωνι ἢ ὑπʼ ἀντιπάλων ῥιπιζομένης ἀνέμων ζόφῳ.
