Στίχ. μ΄. Καὶ κάλλυντρα φοινίκων. Πάρεστι διὰ τούτων νοεῖν (20), καὶ πάλιν ἡμῖν ἐν Χριστῷ τὰς ἐν παραδείσῳ τρυφὰς ἀπονέμει Θεός. Φυτῶν δὲ τῶν ἀειθαλῶν οἱ κλάδοι, τὸ διηνεκὲς τῆς χάριτος καὶ τὸ ἀμάραντον τῆς ἐλπίδος ἐφʼ ἑαυτοῖς σημαίνουσι.
